This is one of my MUST have mods. Within this mod, you have the ability to visit a Gynecologist through your phone when they're in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of their pregnancy to obtain an Ultrasound! When you get back, you'll have an ultrasound scan in your inventory and when you hover over it, it tells you how many kids you'll be having and the gender! (the gender is likely , so keep that in mind!)  There are three variations of the scans (shown above) which show how many babies are coming!
